SeeKing HR, founded in 2007, was formed to provide recruitment and selections for non-traditional candidates (e.g. transitioning veterans, disabled individuals, and women returning to the workplace). As the company grew, we quickly formed a more generalist approach by offering a full suite of human resource services at both the organizational and individual level. Having begun with one employee and having grown to more than 15 employees, SeeKing HR has more than 75 years combined experience, both public and private sector, in workforce planning, human capital assessment and talent management. Basic methodologies are practical and results-oriented. We help clients achieve successful workforce planning outcomes through audits, market forecasting and development of solid processes. We are dedicated, dynamic and forward thinking.


Our mission is to offer human resource services on a just-in-time basis, for a cost effective price, while improving efficiencies, maintaining confidentiality and acting as a neutral third-party. Our strategy is to act as a solid alliance partner for firms seeking opportunities to develop diversity relationships with small, woman and veteran owned firms.

SeeKing HR is grounded in three fundamentals that drive all aspects of the business: Faith, Passion and Paying It Forward. We have faith in God and in ourselves. We have passion for the work we do and the services we provide. Finally, we believe in paying it forward  through our actions to clients, customers and the community.


SeeKing HR currently operates three (3) divisions:

  2. Employee Development
  3. HR Program Management

training compliance iconThe Employment Services division focuses on finding winning talent for organizations who wish to outsource strategic recruitment, direct hire placements and temporary staffing needs. Inclusive within this division are individual assessments, background checks and drug testing. The Employment Services division comprises about 40 percent of our total business revenue. In addition, our Transition Assistance Program (outplacement services) is housed within Employment Services.

training skills iconThe Employee Development division is the smallest of the three divisions accounting for 15 percent of revenue. Many of the programs offered are designed with core content which is tailored to meet the needs of each client. We offer both compliance and employee relations based programs to meet the needs of our governmental clients. Our office accommodates both one-on-one and small group (up to 20 individuals) training sessions.

training leadership iconOur third division, HR Program Management encompasses all other human resource related services. The services include, but are not limited to: organizational and individual assessments, strategic planning, compensation strategy, benefit design, employee handbooks, policy development, employee communication plans, affirmative action planning, program documentation and onsite services. This division is the largest and accounts for nearly one-half of all revenue.
