Retained Services

Volume Services

Volume Services represents a unique approach to sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates. Essentially, it is a combination of contingency and retrained services, utilizing the best that both arrangements have to offer. SeeKing HR will source, screen and recommend candidates to your organization based on pre-established criteria (e.g. skills, mobility, languages spoken, etc.). Candidates are funneled directly through your on-line or in-person recruiting systems. Candidates may or may not be selected, but essentially your candidate pool is increasing by only those candidates who meet minimum qualifications. Ideally, your recruiters are interviewing and retaining information on candidates who would be hired in the future - thereby significantly increasing your qualified applicant pool.

Candidates are sourced from a variety of niche markets primarily in avionics, maintenance, logistics, procurement and administration. Our combined direct and indirect contacts exceed 100,000 individuals annually through email distribution, job postings, newsletters and social networking.
