SeeKing HR holds an active GSA Schedule for: Human Resource Project ManagerProject Manager will be capable of managing a large team of professionals in providing a wide range of services to one or more clients. Individual is responsible for all aspects of project performance (e.g. technical, contractual, administrative, financial, etc.), including supervising personnel in all aspects of the project activity. The project manager will organize and assign tasks to subordinates, oversee successful completion of all assignments and establish and maintain technical and management reports to demonstrate that the Contractor is fulfilling its corporate performance responsibilities. Individual will provide leadership to project teams, ensuring conformance to performance requirements and assists in overall direction to all project level activities and personnel. Individual will have a minimum of 20 years experience in project management related to business processes or human resource management and hold advanced degree in human resources or business related field.
Senior Human Resource ConsultantA senior level professional with extensive human resource background and expertise in any functional area of Human Resources. Individual is able to create and implement programs. Individual may serve as primary point of contact to assigned program offices; providing advisory services and assistance in the area of personnel management. Individual may also provide status reports, analyze and recommend process changes, conduct other human resource related studies and identify problems and solutions. Individual will have a minimum of 15 years experience in human resources, hold an advanced degree and be certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
Human Resource ManagerA seasoned Human Resource professional, capable of administering one or all aspects of the human resource function. Possesses extensive supervisory experience. The individual will possess a comprehensive range of knowledge in recruitment and internal placement, classification or employee relations. Individual will possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Individual will have a minimum of 10 years experience in human resources and a four-year degree in human resources or related business field.
Senior Selection, Placement and Classification SpecialistA seasoned selection and placement specialist with knowledge of selection programs and able to ensure consideration and selection of the best qualified candidates for position vacancies. Individual will have experience in planning and execution of related actions with minimal supervision. Individual will have experience in the development of position descriptions and assure that classification actions are taken within legal and procedural guidelines, providing guidance and assistance to other specialists, managers and supervisors. The individual will be familiar with reduction-in-force procedures and career transition protocol. Individual will be proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Individual will have a minimum of 7 years experience in human resources, specifically in the area of recruitment and selection and a four-year degree in human resources or related business field.
Selection, Placement and Classification SpecialistA selection and placement specialist with knowledge of selection programs and able to ensure consideration and selection of the best qualified candidates for position vacancies. Individual will have experience in planning and executing actions with supervision. Individual will be proficient in on-line candidate sourcing and Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Individual will have minimal experience in the development of position descriptions. Individual will have a minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment and selection.
Instructional DesignerInstructional Designer with knowledge and experience in curriculum development, use of materials and equipment and implementation of state and federal programs and procedures. Individual will plan and conduct instructor training programs and conferences and make recommendations, order or authorize purchase of instructional materials, supplies, equipment and visual aids designed to meet client needs. Individuals will research and evaluate, confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes and other factors. Individual will continue professional development in area of expertise by reading current journals, books and magazine articles. Individual will have a minimum of 7 years experience in training and development with an emphasis in instructional design and hold a four-year degree in business or related field.
Instructional DelivererInstructional Deliverer will knowledge and experience in conducting workshops, committees and conferences designed to promote the intellectual, social and physical welfare of students. Individual will confer with client and advisory groups to obtain knowledge of subject areas, and to relate curriculum materials to specific subjects, individual student needs and occupational areas. Individual will present information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures. Individual will offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills and monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness. Individual will continue professional development in area of expertise by reading current journals, books and magazine articles. Individual will have a minimum of 5 years experience in training and development with an emphasis in instructional delivery.
Administrative SupportAdministrative Support individuals will provide general clerical assistance, coordination of meetings, copying of resume, project guidelines or course materials, filing and office support. Individual will work with minimal supervision. Individual will be proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint and have exceptional phone skills. Individual will have a minimum of 5 years experience in administration and/or office management.
