Job Analysis & Description Creation

SeeKing HR assists you in performing job analysis studies, including task and time efficiency studies. The end use could be (1) KSAs (knowledge, skills and abilities), (2) competencies or (3) other tools for comparing applicants' education, experience, training and/or attributes with job demands. Dependent on the scope of the project a variety of research methods are deployed ranging from detailed task analysis, with data gathered by reviewing work logs, observation and interview to a reliance on a written data collection instrument to the use of position analysis questionnaires.
