EEO Training, Consulting & CounselingSeeKing HR offers equal opportunity training, consulting and counseling services for all levels of employees. Off-the-shelf instructional materials may be modified to fit your specific culture and environment. We understand the critical nature in the delivery of the message and expect client approval before conducting training. Counseling services are also available for employees or applicants for employment who believe they have been discriminated against. Our goal is to informally resolve the issue and advise parties of their rights and responsibilities.

Career Transition & Outplacement ServicesSeeKing HR provides comprehensive career transition and outplacement services. Career transition services include responding to downsizing, reorganization, relocation and/or retirement; training, counseling and guidance in areas such as self-assessment; knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA) assessment; group and individual counseling; resume writing; mock interviewing; job search methods and salary negotiation techniques. When organizational and individual needs are not aligned SeeKing HR is able to quickly transition to an out-placement plan and allow for the most gracious exit for the employee.
Resume Writing & Mock InterviewingIn concert with our Outplacement Services we offer guidance, direction and, if necessary, a complete overhaul to an employee's existing resume thereby making them more marketable in the workplace. Mock interviewing utilizes a variety of settings and more than 300 sample questions. Immediate feedback is built in to this process and employees have the opportunity to apply what they have learned.
