(San Antonio, TX) – Cultivating her human resources expertise over a 20 year career split between service in the U.S. Air Force and work in the private sector, certified HR professional Leanne King, SPHR, founded EmploYou, LLC, in 2007 to offer personalized employment solutions to organizations and individuals. Today, King has streamlined her focus and is delivering specialized expertise through a new division – SeeKing HR, a full-service, human resources consulting firm specializing in HR project management and process design, employee development and coaching, and employment services for governmental, organizational and individual clients. “SeeKing HR is an organization that’s 20 years in the making,” says King. “It’s taken all those years of public and private sector experiences to identify and bring together services and solutions for directing and managing human resources in today’s ever changing global workplace.” SeeKing HR provides three primary service levels including governmental, organizational and individual. Governmental services include traditional human resource functions such as recruitment and selection, compensation and benefit design, investigations, performance management, human resource audits and employee development. Organizational services are tailored primarily for small to medium size organizations, and individual services include resume assistance, mock interviewing, career transition, coaching and employment assistance. Having recently identified a flourishing market niche, today King is using her know-how in preparing complex staffing proposals to deliver expert consulting to clients who are seeking lucrative staffing contracts. King says her client profile is varied but her approach and results have been quite consistent thus far. “I have crafted a variety of staffing proposals – from temporary staffing and diversity partnering to HR process design and talent management tracking systems. In addition to drafting proposals that have resulted in substantial contract awards, I have served as facilitator between the client and end user to assist with the staffing transition until resources are deployed and functioning,” says King. SeeKing HR has expanded proposal services to include marketing, event, and logistics planning and management; and King has already inked a contract with a firm in Houston. In fact, as a result of the launch of the SeeKing HR website, the firm was contacted by another HR company to redesign its online presence. “We have solidified our place in connecting ancillary HR services to create small and diverse partnerships to assist larger organizations in meeting diversity goals,” says King. “Our client profile is typically a larger firm that is looking to gain a competitive edge by aligning with small diverse firms.” Regarding the future direction of SeeKing HR, Leanne says she has hired two employees. Jennifer Reynosa is the new director of employment services and Laura LaChaussee is Marketing Manager. Reynosa is responsible for corporate and individual placement services, and LaChaussee will focus on clients’ corporate branding through social marketing. “It’s exciting to watch this company grow, and Jennifer and Laura are great additions.” King says, “We’re seeking to create relationships with our clients. Our work is guided by our values. Faith, passion and pay it forward. We have faith in ourselves. We’re passionate about what we do, and we’re focused on creating relationships by doing good works through our vocation.” |
