SAN ANTONIO, Texas – local human resource consulting firm, SeeKing HR® is pleased to announce the completion of their third year in business.

SeeKing HR has remained grounded in their philosophy of faith, passion and paying it forward which led to a three-year growth rate of 402 percent. Relationships with clients are the absolute key to success. “Our approach - paying it forward - meant focusing on the client’s success, not ours. It’s really a different way to conduct business. HR has been long viewed as the proverbial thorn in management’s side, a necessary evil or just another line for cost. Our business model changes how operations look at human resources – if we aren’t literally increasing your bottom line – in some capacity – we aren’t doing our job” said Leanne King, president of SeeKing HR®.

Through a variety of networking, volunteering and mentoring efforts, SeeKing HR® was able to connect clients with the right resources at the right time and often creating revenue generating opportunities.    Every client has some unimaginable need and we try to resolve or mitigate it; whatever it is they struggle with. “It isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about sourcing the best solution.” said King.

The firm provides human resource consulting services to small and medium sized companies and the federal government. SeeKing HR® was only the 5th company in Texas and the 1st in San Antonio to receive a General Services Administration schedule to provide Human Resources, EEO and Social Services to the federal government. SeeKing HR® provides human resource program and proposal management, employee development and employment services. SeeKing HR® is a small, women and serviced disabled veteran owned firm with DBE and HUB certifications.
