This seminar will explore current topics of interest relating to wellness such as: nutrition, fitness, stress management, health, and personal finance. Participants will learn some common risk factors associated with modern lifestyles and how these factors affect their overall wellness. The course will contribute to participants' understanding of the importance of physical and mental health, and offer participants the opportunity to acquire skills that will help them to achieve and maintain good health and wellness.
