Leanne King - President

Leanne E. King, President, is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and has been in the field of HR for nearly 20 years.  She began her career in the United States Air Force working as an Instrument Technical and transitioned to a Manpower Analyst authoring thousands of job descriptions and completing cost comparison and efficiency studies.  Leanne separated from the Air Force in 1995 and began a successful career in the private sector holding various Senior Human Resource Management and Director level positions.  Throughout her career she has designed and delivered courses on problem solving, quality management, compensation strategy and design, teambuilding, change management, general supervision and leadership,  organizational design, project management, labor relations, recruiting and selection, time management and many others.  Leanne opened her own HR consulting firm 2007, SeeKing HR, offering a full suite of human resource services.  She holds a BS in Management/Human Resources, a MA in Human Resource Development and an MBA.  She was awarded the San Antonio Business Journal’s Rising Star Award, 40 under 40 in 2003, completed the United Way’s Masters Leadership Program in 2010, won the South Texas Women’s Business Center’s Business Plan Writing competition in 2010 and received the 2011 North San Antonio Chamber’s Small Business Leaders Award for Community Service.  Leanne is an active member of the San Antonio Human Resource Management Association, the National Association of Women Business Owners – San Antonio Chapter, the Hispanic Contractor’s Association and the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce.  She is the immediate Past President of the St. Philip’s College Business Advisory Council and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the San Antonio Human Resource Management Association and SAMMinistries.


Jennifer Swisher - Senior Manager

Jennifer Swisher, Director, HR Services, is a  certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and has been in the field of HR for over 10 years.  She has worked in various industries including Healthcare and Manufacturing gaining extensive knowledge in Employee Relations, Payroll & Benefits Administration, Compensation and Training & Development.    She has been instrumental in the organizational design of several human resource departments.  She has extensive experience creating employee databases, developing policies and procedures and creating positive work environments.  She is very knowledgeable in  various  HR, Payroll and other computer software and systems.



Crystal Krueger (picture arriving soon), HR Advisor,  began her adventure in the HR field 6 years ago. She has experience in the Industrial Construction and Health Care fields. She is highly competent in Recruitment, Selection and Employee Development. She lead a team in the design and development for a nationally ranked construction corporation's first online employee tracking program. She has extensive know-how in creating and implementing employee engagement and development programs. Crystal holds a B.B.A. from Texas A&M University.

 

 

Laura LaChaussee - Marketing Manager

Laura LaChaussee, Marketing Manager, is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (2007) with a concentration in Marketing. She is a highly organized professional who takes initiative to get the job done with a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, customer driven environment. Her professional experience includes marketing and creative design for a city run non-profit, social media planning and development for an event planning firm and managing an employee referral program for a firm of more than 18,000 employees. She has successfully supported a transition and implementation team on two $1M projects and ensured adherence to guidelines and timeline requirements. She acted as point person to facilitate the development of document layout, reports and presentations.


Darla Zaiontz - Operations Manager

Darla Zaiontz, Accountant, is a graduate of St. Mary’s University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (1990) with a concentration in Accounting. Her extensive professional experience ranges from managing a human resources department to building and then leading an accounting and administrative team for a multi-million dollar construction organization. She has participated in developing organizational strategic plans; understanding the necessity of communication at all levels to create a culture that all will live by, playing an integral part in making it happen. Her passion lies in the details of the accounting function, reconciliations, research and documentation, following up with plans and processes put in place, measuring and relaying successes.

SAMMinistries is an interfaith ministry whose mission is to help the homeless and those at risk of becoming homeless attain self-sufficiency by offering, with dignity and compassion, shelter, housing, and services. SAMMinistries also provides volunteers opportunities to be renewed and fulfilled as they serve.
